Kansas picked to win Big 12, Oklahoma 6th, Oklahoma St. 7th

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Kansas is the pick to win the Big 12 basketball title in a vote by conference coaches. Oklahoma is picked to finish sixth and Oklahoma State is picked in a tie for seventh in the voting released Thursday. The Jayhawks received nine of 10 first place votes, making Kansas a unanimous selection as coaches are not allowed to vote for their own teams.
West Virginia is picked second, followed by Texas, then Iowa State – which received the other first place vote. Baylor is fifth, then OU, OSU and Texas Tech, Kansas State and TCU.
