The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports a woman wanted on a warrant connected to an accident that occurred on or about Sept. 19th, turned herself-in to the Sheriff’s Office Saturday morning. Samantha Eslinger, of Panama City, FL, was charged with OWI and Driving While Suspended. Eslinger was later released on a $1,500 cash bond.
