FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 7-P.M. THIS (WEDNESDAY) EVENING THROUGH 7-A.M. THURSDAY.
FREMONT-PAGE COUNTIES:
FLASH FLOOD WATCH FROM 6-P.M. TODAY (WED.) THROUGH 7-A.M. THURSDAY.
THE COMBINATION OF RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL AND THE EXPECTATION OF ADDITIONAL STORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
* WATER MAY COVER ROADS AND RAPID RISES ON LOCAL STREAMS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
