Shortly before 10:00 a.m. Monday morning Page County Deputies and Clarinda Police Officers were summoned to a reported unknown emergency situation at the Page County Courthouse.  Upon arrival, authorities learned that there were some individuals involved in a domestic quarrel in the Clerk of the Court’s Office. The situation was de-escalated quickly by Page County Deputies with back-up assistance provided by the Clarinda Police Department.
