A man from Mills County was arrested Wednesday in Cass County, on an Iowa Department of Corrections warrant, for Parole Violation. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 35-year old Joshua Edward Mastin, of Hastings, was taken to the Cass County Jail where he remains held without bond.
