Cate Christensen, Programs Director for the Atlantic Area Chamber of Commerce, announced Friday she will be leaving her position in July. Christensen said her husband has been given an “amazing opportunity to advance his career with a company in Nashville, TN,” so her family will be relocating there. Cate’s last day with the Chamber is July 16^th.

In her letter to the Chamber, Christensen said “It has been my pleasure to serve you for the past year as the Programs Director. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know everyone I have meet and worked with.  This has been an amazing opportunity that I will always treasure.”

She went on to say “We are so excited for the new adventure that awaits us, but sad to leave such a great community, and many friends and family behind. It has been said that moving on is simple, it’s what we leave behind that’s hard, and that couldn’t be more true!”

She also thanked the Chamber and its members for the opportunity to have worked for them.
