Sheriff’s officials in Montgomery County say a traffic stop north of Villisca Thursday night resulted in two arrests. Deputies pulled over a vehicle at 10:55-p.m. on Highway 71, and upon further investigation arrested 37-year old Justin Allen Williams, of Clarinda, for Driving While Suspended, and failure to carry SR-22 insurance. A passenger in the vehicle, 33-year old Krystal Lynn Harbin, of Yorktown, was arrested for unlawful possession of prescription pills, and a drug tax stamp violation.

Williams and Harbin were being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,000 and $5,000 bond, respectively.
