Red Oak Police arrested a Shenandoah man Sunday evening on charges of Driving While Suspended, and Possession of a Controlled Substance/Marijuana. 34-year old Tommy Alan Coodey was brought to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $1,000 cash bond.
