Police in Red Oak say a man was arrested a little after 9:45-p.m. Sunday, for Disorderly Conduct. 55-year old Gary Richard Germar, Jr., of Red Oak, was arrested in the 500 block of E. Corning Street and brought to the Montgomery County Jail, where his bond was set at $300.
