Sheriff’s officials in Adams County report three people were arrested late Sunday night, following a traffic stop, in Corning. Deputies stopped a vehicle at around 10:06-p.m. near the intersection of 6th and Grove Avenue, in Corning. The driver, Kati Hansen, was placed under arrest for OWI/1st Offense.

During the investigation, Howard Herring, of Corning, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. And Aaron Gray, also of Corning, was placed under arrest for Open Container-Passenger.
