RICHARD L. ANDERSEN, 82, of Harlan, died Mon., April 4th, in Harlan. Funeral services for RICHARD ANDERSEN will be held 11-a.m. Thursday, April 7th, at the Bethel Baptist Church, in Harlan. Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
