The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports a man from Audubon County was arrested Saturday on an OWI charge. 22-year old Gunnar Michael Blum, of Kimballton, was arrested for OWI/2nd Offense. Blum was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released later that day on his own recognizance.
