JOYCE ANNE BATES, 80, of Carson, died Tuesday, March 29th, at home. Funeral services for JOYCE BATES will be held 11-a.m. Thursday, April 7th, at the Fellowship Church in Oakland. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation with the family will take place one hour prior to the funeral service at the Fellowship Church in Oakland.

Interment will be in the Macedonia Cemetery following a luncheon.

Memorials are suggested to the Open Door Mission.

JOYCE BATES is survived by:

Her husband – Ed Keast, of Carson.

Her children: Bev Simonton and husband Kelly, of Atlantic; Tom Bates and wife Linda, of Macedonia, and Scott Bates and wife Linda of Minneapolis, MN.

Her sister – Lois Bailey.

6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
