PHYLLIS KRISTENSEN, 83, of Bellevue, NE, formerly, Audubon, IA died Thursday, March 3rd, at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, NE. No services will be held, as her body is being donated to science.

A Private Burial will take place at a later date.

Her children – Toni Kristensen & her significant other Rick DeFreez, of Oregon; Vicki (Rick) Shaver, of Jacksonville, FL; Clay (Tracy) Kristensen, of Papillion, NE; and Dean (Bonnie) Kristensen, of Bellevue, NE

6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and “2 great grandchildren on the way.”
