Police in Red Oak arrested a Pottawattamie County man on warrants charging him with Forgery and Theft in the 2nd degree. 53-year old James Joseph Skow, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at around 9-a.m. today (Monday) at the Pott. County Jail. He was transported back to Red Oak and held in the Montgomery County Jail on $5,000 cash bond.
