The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports a Clarinda man turned himself-in to authorities Saturday afternoon. 26-year old Nicholas Aaron Formaro, of Clarinda, was wanted on Page County Warrants for Contempt – Violation of a no contact order, and Harassment 1st Degree. Formaro posted the bond and was released pending further court proceedings.
