JAN R. THEISEN, 49, of Johnston (& formerly of Elk Horn), died Wed., Nov. 11th, at Mercy Hospice, in Johnston. A Memorial service for JAN THEISEN will be held at Noon on Saturday, Nov. 14th, at McLaren’s Resthaven Chapel in West Des Moines.

Visitation will be held one-hour prior to the service (11-am until Noon), Saturday.

Memorials may be directed to Mercy Hospice, in Johnston.

Her husband – Rick Theisen, of Johnston.

Her son – Cole Theisen, of Johnston;

Her daughter – Kyra Theisen, of Johnston.

Her mother – Shirley Christensen, of Marne.

Her brothers – Craig Christensen, of Walnut, & Troy (Mary Beth)  Christensen, of Elk Horn.

Her grandmother – Esther Fredrickson, of Walnut.
