A woman from Hamlin was arrested Monday night on a second-offense, Public Intoxication charge. The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports 36-year old Brooke Marie Hines was taken into custody at around 9:30-p.m., as the result of an incident in Hamlin. Hines was brought to the Audubon County Jail and later released with a date scheduled to appear in court.
