THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY UNTIL 430 AM CDT.
* AT 122 AM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN AND AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO COULD FALL WITH STORMS MOVING ACROSS THE METRO AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE… OMAHA…COUNCIL BLUFFS…BELLEVUE…PAPILLION…LA VISTA… RALSTON…ELKHORN…MILLARD…CARTER LAKE…BOYS TOWN…LAKE MANAWA STATE PARK…NARROWS RIVER PARK AND CHALCO.

HIGHWAY 75 IN NEBRASKA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 88 AND 94.
INTERSTATE 29 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 47 AND 58.
INTERSTATE 80 IN IOWA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 1 AND 5.
INTERSTATE 80 IN NEBRASKA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 440 AND 454.
