Red Oak man arrested following traffic stop Sun. morning

A traffic stop early this (Sunday) morning, in Montgomery County, resulted in the arrest of the driver of a pickup truck. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Dept. says deputies pulled over a Chevy pickup at around 1:20-a.m. at the intersection of Highway 34 and K Avenue. Following an investigation, 19-year old Benjamin Gene Coddington, of Red Oak, was arrested for OWI/1st Offense and cited for Possession of Alcohol Under Legal Age.
The Iowa State Patrol assisted Montgomery County Deputies in their investigation and in conducting the arrest.
