MAX TOWNE, 95, of Elk Horn, died July 12th, at Myrtue Medical Center, in Harlan. Memorial services for MAX TOWNE will be held at 10:30-a.m, Wed., July 29th, at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church in Elk Horn. Ohde Funeral Home in Kimballton is in charge of the arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home one-hour prior to the service on July 29th.

Burial, with military honors, will take place at the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery.

His Daughters: Carol Weitzenkamp, of Rapid City, SD; Barbara (Michael) Ducat, of Minneapolis, MN.

His Sons: Bruce (Terry) Towne, of Gowrie, and Stephen (Carol) Towne, of Dallas, TX.

His brothers: Virgil Towne of Curtis, NE, Leland Towne of Wood River, NE and Harold (June) Towne, of Louisiana, MO

His Sister: Georgiana (Willis) Ervin, of Golden, CO

11 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
