ST. LOUIS (AP) — The St. Louis Cardinals have placed right-handed reliever Matt Belisle on the 15-day disabled list with elbow inflammation. Right-hander Marcus Hatley’s contract was purchased from Triple-A Memphis. Reliever Jordan Walden was transferred from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day DL to make room on the 40-man roster.
