The Atlantic Police Department reports 35-year old Casey Stahl, of Atlantic, was arrested on a shoplifting charge (or, 3rd degree Theft), Wednesday. Stahl, who is alleged to have taken items valued at more than $659 from the Atlantic Wal-Mart Store, was being held in the Cass County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
