A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS (WED.) AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.
* VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH TONIGHT. RAINFALL RATES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOST INTENSE STORMS MAY EXCEED 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR. IN ADDITION…MULTIPLE STORMS MAY PASS OVER THE SAME AREA AND WILL FURTHER ENHANCE THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY EXCEED 3 INCHES WITH SOME LOCATIONS REACHING 5 INCHES.
