(Update) Clarinda Academy students may be in a stolen vehicle

Two students who left the Clarinda Academy early this (Tuesday) morning, are believed to have stolen a car that was later found abandoned in Nebraska. Clarinda Police Chief Keith Brothers says a white 2007 Toyota Camry that was stolen from Clarinda was found abandoned, in the vicintiy of 30th and Martha Streets, in Omaha. The two Native American students from the Clarinda Academy still remain at large.
The car had been reported missing from the 900 block of North 15th Street, in Clarinda. The two Clarinda Academy males jumped from a dormitory window at around 2-a.m., and remain on the lam.
One of the students is identified as Kenneth “Kenny” Earnest Saunsoci from Rapid City, South Dakota. Saunsoci is 5-feet7-inches tall, weighs 115-pounds, has brown hair and black eyes. The second student is Lukas Trent Barse, from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Barse is about 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighs 140-pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. There is no description of the clothing they are wearing.At this time Saunsoci and Barse’s whereabouts are unknown. If you see these individuals, you should not approach them, but contact your nearest law enforcement agency on 911.
