SYLVIA “MARGARET” MURPHY, 98, of Coon Rapids, died Mon., May 18th, at Thomas Rest Haven in Coon Rapids. A Mass of Christian Burial service for SYLVIA “MARGARET” MURPHY will be held 2-p.m. Fri., May 22nd, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Walnut. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Avoca has the arrangements.

The family will greet friends at the church on Friday, from 11-am until 1-pm, when a Rosary begins.

Burial will be in the St. Patrick Cemetery, at Walnut.

SYLVIA “MARGARET” MURPHY is survived by:

Her daughters – Janice (Bill) Brandt, of Coon Rapids; Jane Murphy, of Lee’s Summit, MO; and Julie (Tom) Holdsworth, of Oak Grove, MO.

11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
