CAROL ANN PHIPPS, 76, of Harlan died Monday, April 20th at her home.  Visitation for CAROL ANN PHIPPS will be held from 5-until 8-pm on Thursday, April 23rd, at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.
