BERNICE SYMONDS, 94, of Cumberland, died Friday, April 24th, at the Guthrie County Hospital in Guthrie Center. Funeral services for BERNICE SYMONDS will be held 11-a.m. Wed., April 29th, at the United Methodist Church in Cumberland. Steen Funeral Home in Massena has the arrangements.

Burial will be in the Victoria Township Cemetery, south of Massena. A luncheon will follow the burial at the Cumberland Community Building.

Memorials may be directed to the Cumberland United Methodist Church or to the New Homestead in Guthrie Center.

Her two daughters – Patricia Jackson (Don) of West Des Moines and Shirley Stephenson (Kent) of Lake Panorama.

Two sons – Robert Symonds (Kathy) of Council Bluffs and Richard Symonds (Julie
Haney) of Omaha.
