The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests. On Friday, 28-year old Andre Philip Sabatine, of Avoca, was arrested on a district court warrant for Probation Violation. Sabatine was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released later that day on $5,000 bond.
And on Sunday, 44-year old David Joseph Freund, of Wiota, was arrested on a charge of OWI 1st Offense. Freund was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released later that day on his own recognizance.
