PHYLLIS PIPER, 83 of State Center (& formerly of Des Moines & Greenfield), died Sunday, March 29, 2015, at the State Center Nursing and Rehab Center in State Center. Graveside  services for PHYLLIS PIPER will be held 1-p.m. Sat., April 4th, at the Greenfield Cemetery.  Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield has the arrangements.
