MILDRED FRANCES ARKFELD, 92, of Panama, died Sun., March 22nd, at Myrtue Medical Center, in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial service for MILDRED ARKFELD will be held 10:30-a.m. Thu., March 26th, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, in Panama. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held at the St. Mary’s Parish Hall on Wed., March 25th, from 4-until 8-pm, with a Rosary at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Her daughters – Janet (Ralph) Kwapiszeski, of Sun City West, AZ; Diane (Al) Vandenberg, of Council Bluffs; Lou (Bill) Dewhurst, of Scottsdale, AZ; Vivian (Mike) Cairney, of Earlville, IA, & Sandy Thompson (Mark Mesa), of Chandler, AZ.

Her sons – Ed (Shirley) Arkfeld, of Omaha; Richard (Mary Kay) Arkfeld, of Panama; Gene (Mary Ann) Arkfeld, of Colorado Springs, CO; Brian (Mary) Arkfeld, of Wesphalia, & Jayme (Shirley) Arkfeld, of Panama.

32 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
