GERALD J. GROSS, 80, of Irwin, died Fri., Feb. 27th, in Omaha. A Mass of Christian Burial service for GERALD GROSS will be held 11-a.m. Wed., March 4th, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, in Defiance. Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

A Wake service will be held at the funeral home beginning at 7-p.m. on Tuesday.

Burial will be in the St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Defiance.

His wife – Martha Ann Gross, of Irwin.

His daughter – Deb (David) Stracke, of Harlan.

His sons – Leonard (Darcy) Gross, of Kirbyville, MO; Tony Gross,  andPaul (Joy) Gross, all of Manilla; & Dean (Jamie) Gross, of Irwin.

His brother – Ronald (Rita) Gross, of Defiance.

13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, his sisters-in-law, other relatives & friends.
