LEONARD ROGER HELLER, 79, of Elk Horn, died Sat., Jan. 17th, at the Salem Lutheran Home in Elk Horn. A Mass of Christian Burial service for LEONARD HELLER will be held 10:30-a.m. Fri., Jan. 23rd, at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church in Defiance. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 8am-until 9-pm Thu., Jan. 22nd, with the family greeting friends from 5:30-until 8-pm. A Wake service will begin at 7-p.m. Thu., also at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery at Defiance.

His daughters – Jeanette (Bob) Bogler, of Harlan, & Janet (Jeff) Theulen, of Defiance.

His sisters – Maxine (Jim) Whelehel, of Council Bluffs; Helen (Denny) Freund, of Earling; Mary (Jim) Hermeling, of Manilla; Agnes (Dave) Purcell, of Sun City Center, FL; & Lavonne (Terry) Schulte, of Westphalia.
