Sheriff’s officials in Montgomery County say a Union County man was arrested early Tuesday morning, following a traffic stop on T Avenue, about one-quarter of a mile north of 250th Street. Michael D. Gourley, of Creston,  was charged with OWI/2nd offense and cited for various other traffic offenses, after it was determined he had allegedly been drinking and was showing signs of impairment.

Gourley blew greater than .08 (point oh-eight) on a breath test. He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,000 bond.
