Audubon Teens Arrested after flash drive turns up w/locker room pics

Audubon County Sheriff’s officials say two Audubon teens face various charges associated with an incident at the Audubon High School. Authorities say school officials notified them of a flash drive that had been turned over to them which included videos and pictures taken from inside the girls locker room. The pictures dated back to November of 2013. Through an investigation the victims have been identified and notified of the incident.
15 year old Micheal Jim Rudolph has been charged with third degree harassment, invasion of privacy (a serious misdemeanor), and extortion (a class D felony). Rudolph was taken into custody on Thursday and is currently being held in juvenile detention. 16 year old Jordan Rene Meaike of Audubon has also been charged with invasion of privacy (a serious misdemeanor) for her involvement in taking the videos and pictures in the locker room. She was then released to her parents. The Incident remains under investigation.
