NORMAN GEORGE COENEN, 89, of Woodward, died Fri., Sept. 5th, at Mercy Medical Center in Council Bluffs. A Mass of Christian Burial service for NORMAN COENEN will be held 11-a.m. Tue., Sept. 9th, at the St. Boniface Catholic Church in Westphalia. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 5-to 9-pm Monday (9/8), with the family greeting friends from 6-to 8-pm, and a Rosary and 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Boniface Cemetery.

His wife – Odelia “Dee” Coenen, of Woodward.

His children – Edwin (Marianne) Coenen, of Panama; Russell Coenen, of Panama; Trudi Hartman, of Pomona, CA; Nancy (Dave) Chapline, of Ogden, and Roger Coenen, of Ankeny.

His sisters – Darlene (Ivo) Wilwerding, of Westphalia; Joan Coenen, of Omaha; Deloris Raines, of Lincoln, NE., & Yvonne Morfield, of Lincoln, NE.

and 15 grandchildren.
