THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR…EASTERN MONONA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL IOWA…HARRISON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA…NORTHWESTERN SHELBY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA…SOUTHEASTERN BURT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA.. UNTIL 1230 AM CDT
* AT 730 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO NUMEROUS ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA. THIS NAY CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN PARTS OF MONONA COUNTY.
