LAVONNE LUCILLE SPRINGMAN, 74, of Portsmouth, died Sun., Aug. 17th, at the Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial service for LAVONNE SPRINGMAN will be held 10:30-a.m. Tue., Aug. 19th, at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Church in Portsmouth. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at St.Mary’s is from 5-to 9-pm Mon. (8/18), with a Wake service at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Her husband – Nicholas Springman, Jr. of Portsmouth.

Her daughters – Deb (Craig Wehr) Schimerowski, of Park View; Connie Marquardt, of Dumont, CO; and Dianna Springman, of San Fransisco, CA.

Her sisters – Rogena Schmidt, of Avoca; Lotus (Marion) Martin, of Harlan, & Deanna (Marvin) Huebner, of Persia.

6 grandchildren,2 great-grandchildren, & her sisters-in-law.

Her brothers – Robert (Janet) Meier, of Irwin, & Richard (Kathy) Meier, of Tabor.
