FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND PRODUCE AREAS OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF TUESDAY HAD CAUSED SOILS TO BECOME VERY WET OR NEARLY SATURATED.
