CHARLES EVAN SMITH, 63, of Atlantic (Formerly of Omaha, NE) died Thursday, July 10th at Atlantic Nursing and Rehab Center.  No services are planned for CHARLES SMITH.  Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home of Atlantic has the arrangements.

Private family burial will be in the Atlantic Cemetery.
