…A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY…

AT 507 PM CDT…A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
WAS LOCATED OVER OAKLAND…OR 21 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ATLANTIC…MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

HAZARD…TORNADO.

SOURCE…RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

IMPACT…FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
TO ROOFS…WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS
LIKELY.

THIS TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF
SOUTHEASTERN POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY…INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS…FARM CREEK PUBLIC WILDLIFE AREA AND OLD TOWN PARK.

THIS INCLUDES HIGHWAY 59 IN IOWA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 41 AND 52.
