* STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA PRODUCING RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES.
* RAPID RISES ON AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS AND URBAN FLOODING IS QUITE LIKELY…AS WELL AS FLOODING FROM WATER FLOWING OUT OF FARM FIELDS AND OVERFLOWING DITCHES.
