* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT TUESDAY
* AT 524 PM CDT…TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
AT 16TH AND O STREETS IN COUNCIL BLUFFS. THIS IS A LOW SPOT WHICH
TYPICALLY FLOODS. WITH MORE RAIN ON WAY…EXPECT MORE TYPICAL
FLOODING AREAS TO BE INUNDATED. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING.
