EUGENE PHELPS, 76, of Bayard, died April 19th, in Iowa City. A Masonic Memorial service for EUGENE PHELPS will be held 12:30-p.m. Sat., June 14th, at the Bayard United Methodist Church, with a funeral services at 2-p.m., also at the church. Ohde Funeral Home in Bayard has the arrangements.

Friends may call at the church after the Masonic service.

His wife – Shirley Phelps, of Bayard.

His children – Mark (Judi) Phelps, of Waterloo; David (wife Noel) Phelps, of Shofield, WI, & Elaine (Mike) Capek, of Epworth.

His sisters – Beverly (Donald) Butler, of Creston, & Karyl (Craig) Ruhde, of St. Joseph, MO.
