WAYNE HALTERMAN, 89, of Bayard, died Mon., May 5th, at Thomas Rest Haven in Coon Rapids. Funeral services for WAYNE HALTERMAN will be held 10:30-a.m. Fri., May 9th, at the Bayard Community Building in Bayard. Ohde Funeral Home in Bayard has the arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-to 7-pm Thu., May 8th, and on Friday from 9:30-a.m. until the time of service, at the Bayard Community Bldg.

Burial will be in the Highland Township Cemetery at Bayard.

His children – Raynette (Greg) Meyers, of Des Moines; David Halterman, of Coon Rapids; Danny (Rae) Halterman, of Lake View; Christa Burton, of Owasso, KS; Darwin Halterman (Geri Shirbroun), of Bayard; and Heidi Petersen (Bryan Bever), of Grimes.

His brother – Alvin (Wilma) Halterman, of Papillion, NE.

His sister – Lenore Rasmussen, of Guthrie Center.

13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, other relatives & friends.
