A Pottawattamie County man was arrested Friday by deputies in Cass County. Officials say 24-year old Randy Travis Arbuckle, of Walnut, was wanted on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Harassment in the 1st Degree. Arbuckle was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released later that day on $2000 bond.
