ROSALIE JEAN OUTKA, 72, of Mount Pleasant, formerly of Harlan died April 30th at her home.  Private graveside services for ROSALIE JEAN OUTKA will be held on Thursday, May 22 at the Harlan Cemetery.  Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
