* AT 748 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO COUNCIL BLUFFS. THESE STORMS HAVE
A HISTORY OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
