THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
* WINDS…SPEEDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED.
* IMPACTS…WINDS THIS STRONG WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT…
