The Iowa High School Athletic Association and Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union announced the state qualifying track and field assignments today.   Those state qualifying meets will be held on Thursday, May 15th beginning at 4:00 pm.  Some of the area meets include:

Class 1-A:

• District 4 @ Earlham – Adair-Casey, Audubon, CAM, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Earlham, Glidden-Ralston, Guthrie Center, Iowa Christian/Ankeny Christian, Madrid, Martensdale-St. Marys, Southeast Warren, Woodward-Granger
• District 10 @ Underwood – Clarinda Academy, East Mills, Essex, Fremont-Mills, Griswold, Heartland Christian, Nishnabotna, Riverside, Sidney, South Page, Stanton, Underwood
• District 11 @ West Harrison – AHST-Walnut, Ar-We-Va, Boyer Valley, Charter Oak-Ute (girls), EHK-Exira, Iowa School for the Deaf, Logan-Magnolia, Tri-Center, West Harrison, West Monona, Westwood, Whiting, Woodbine
• District 9 @ Mount Ayr – Bedford, Central Decatur, Diagonal (girls), East Union, Lamoni, Lenox, Mormon Trail, Mount Ayr, Murray, Nodaway Valley, Orient-Macksburg, Seymour, Wayne

Class 2-A:

Class 3-A:
